Is your attorney making e-discovery too expensive?

Craig Ball’s article for ALM this month is well worth your time, if only for this gem:

Two-thirds of the money spent on e-discovery is wasted solely because the lawyers have little or no idea what they are doing.

Interestingly, note that he isn’t talking about your vendor’s role, but your attorney’s role in the process.
