Litigation Experience*

In re Chad Franklin Suzuki cases

Part of a team of four trial counsel handling an extremely complex system of cases. Defendants were associated with a promotional campaign offering cars with "no payments for life," allegedly backed by dealer incentives.

We represented more than 100 individual consumers making individual claims in four jurisdictions against a major auto manufactuer and a regional dealership.

Open Source Software litigation

Lead counsel representing founder of open-source software company against partnership squeeze-out. Opposing parties defended by major Silicon Valley and Kansas City law firms. Resolved prior to trial.


Whistleblowing Litigation

 United States District Court Brought Federal False Claims Act / ‘qui tam’ suit on behalf of former executive director of nonprofit organization. Matter resolved prior to trial.
